NIL Rules of Engagement™ exists to protect student-athletes, families, and institutions from preventable financial, legal, and reputational risk associated with Name, Image & Likeness (NIL).

We strengthen decision-making before income begins and supports athletes as financial responsibility increases.

We operate alongside existing NIL and compliance teams to support — not replace — institutional efforts.
NIL Flight School™ is designed to be a high-touch cohort-based experience, not a mess education program.

Contracts.
Taxes.
Family pressure.
Real money decisions under real scrutiny.
Most athletes don't lose money because of bad intentions.
They lose it because no one prepared them for the moment income becomes real.

Understanding taxes, income reporting, and financial responsibility tied to NIL opportunities.
Learning how to evaluate opportunities, contracts, and decisions when money is involved.
Helping athletes and families navigate expectations, communication, and financial responsibility.
Preparing for the moment NIL income actually becomes active because preparation is critical to success.
Expect NIL opportunities in the next 12–24 months
Want to make responsible financial decisions

This program is not for casual interest.
It is designed for athletes who want to approach NIL with discipline and preparation.
